Mortgage Insurance & Investments Ltd has been in the insurance industry since 1993, with more than two decades of extensive experience we strive to do our best to provide you with the best insurance coverage, with the highest level of service to meet your recommended needs.

Anup Rup is a financial adviser and director of the finance company, Mortgage Insurance and Investment Limited. Anup was born and raised in Suva, Fiji, where he worked as a radiographer for 10 years. He then migrated to Auckland, New Zealand in 1989. 

He continued to work in New Zealand as a registered radiographer and worked at numerous hospitals including Middlemore Hospital, Auckland Hospital, and a few other private radiology clinics. 

In September 1993, Anup joined the finance industry as a part-time job, alongside his radiography career. He decided to join the finance industry, as he always had an interest in finance and wanted to grow his income for his three young children.

After a couple of years, Anup’s finance career started to grow, where it eventually became his full-time job and later established into a business. Mortgage Insurance and Investments Limited was founded in January 2003 and is currently based in Flat Bush, Auckland, along with six staff members, including himself and his son Amit Rup as a financial adviser.

With over 25 years of experience as a financial adviser, Anup specializes in providing high-standard advice on risk insurance, home loans, business loans, asset finance, general insurance, and KiwiSaver. His customer-focused approach and tireless energy to do what is best for his clients have helped him to maintain strong professional relationships and extensive client loyalty. 

Anup strongly believes in providing an ethical approach to all his clients and colleagues, as well as maintaining a hardworking and positive attitude towards any challenges that may arise.
